Q: I purchased a copy of Living Will Made Easy (JC 225-01) and when I insert the CD and click on my
state, it indicates that there is an upgrade for me. However when the CD tries to link to the website, it
says the page is unavailable. How do I get this upgrade?
A: Due to a recent site upgrade, the previous link for the update is broken. We have posted the
update in another location for users to access. Click on this link to download"
Click on the link and choose SAVE. Save the file to your desktop or other easily accessible location for
you. Depending on the speed of your Internet connection the download could take a few minutes.
Once the download has completed, locate the file titled 'livingwill.exe' and double-click it. The install
program will guide you through to completion. After finishing, there will be an icon on your desktop titled
"Living Will Made Easy". Double-click this icon to launch the program.
If you have trouble with this download or prefer a CD to be sent to you (with update already applied),
