Q: I get an error message that says "Spanish 1-2-3.exe - Illegal System DLL Relocation"
This is the error message:
”The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The
relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range
reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
A: A recent Microsoft Windows update has caused this error to an audio program that installs with
Microsoft Windows, and our program utilizes it. Thus the program is effected by this Microsoft update.
