Q: I get an error message that says "Spanish 1-2-3.exe - Illegal System DLL
Relocation"
This is the error message:
”The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly.
The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an
address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be
contacted for a new DLL."
A: A Microsoft Windows update has caused this error to an audio program that installs
with Microsoft Windows, and our program utilizes it. Thus the program is effected by this
Microsoft update.
